Our portfolio shall continue to grow further.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3><strong>New site in Taiwan<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The focus is set especially on new international projects. Besides Germany (2,910 MW), the main target markets include France (328 MW), Taiwan (325 MW) and Finland (273 MW). \u201cWe already have locations in both France and Finland\u201d, says Nils Br\u00fcmmer, managing director of wpd windmanager. \u201cSoon we will move into our new office in Taiwan as well.\u201d New wind farms are to follow in Canada, Chile and Spain.<\/p>\n<p>With additional projects the operational management requirements increase \u2013 especially with international wind farms in new markets. Therefore, a \u00a0high level of flexibility and innovative strength is essential. \u201cWhat has always made us special is our ability to adapt to market changes and to break new ground\u201d, says Br\u00fcmmer. \u201cIt is very important that we preserve this dynamism \u2013 despite our considerable size.\u201d With a portfolio of 1,965 wind turbine generators the Bremen-based company is now responsible for 4,030 Megawatt installed power \u2013 both nationally and internationally.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"A major milestone: As the first German operator, wpd windmanager GmbH &amp; Co.
