Yesterday, around 45 students from the Bremen Technical College visited us at Stephanitorsbollwerk for the Recruiting Day. The event offered the participants an overview of the various technical professions and gave them a practical insight into the operation of wind and solar farms.
This gave the students the opportunity to take a look behind the scenes, talk to our employees and find out about the various technical areas of our work – from technical operations management and technical controlling to the control room, repowering and IT security.
We would like to take this opportunity to once again thank all our colleagues who supported us during the event and provided the participants with advice and assistance. The feedback from the students was very positive. And for us as an employer, this format also offers new recruiting opportunities. We will do this more often.
